There are some recommended settings for Power BI. You can change these settings according to your needs.
Open Setting in Power BI Desktop ➝ File ➝ Options and Settings ➝Options

Enable Auto Recovery

Set recovery interval to 5–10 minutes.
Use: Prevent data loss in case of crashes.
Turn on ‘Auto Date/Time’ (Only When Needed)

By default, this adds hidden date tables. Turn it off unless you're doing time-based analysis.
